Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. precooked rice
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 frying chicken, quartered
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Direcciones

  1. Cover with finely minced almonds (before serving). Mix first 4 ingredients in a large casserole. Lay washed with cool water and remove skin and put on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs. Serves 4.
