Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 3 ounce. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can green chilies, liquid removed & rinsed
  • 1/4 c. tomato sauce

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 1 qt casserole dish with Pam. Combine yogurt, egg and flour mix till smooth. Combine cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack. Sprinkle 1/3 cheese mix into casserole dish. Top with green chilies. Sprinkle another 1/3 of the cheese mix, then layer yogurt mix. On top of this spread the tomato sauce and the remaining cheese mix. Bake about 40 min. Serves 2.
