Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1/2 green pepper (diced)
  • 1 (16 ounce.) jar salsa
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 sm. onions (diced)

Direcciones

  1. Fry hamburger till crumbly, if extremely fatty drain fat. Add in rest of ingredients and simmer for 2 hrs or possibly till desired thickness.
  2. Use over warm dogs in buns and garnish with mustard and onions if you like.
