Receta Microwavable Yams

Ingredientes

Peeled & sliced yams 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar

2 tbsp. cornstarch 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. orange juice

Direcciones

1. Arrange yams in water or possibly a little orange juice in microproof dish with lid on. Microwave on HI till soft. Rotate dish and stir each 1 1/2 min. At this time, drain water. Mix ingredients together and spoon or possibly pour over yams in the dish. Cover and microwave for about 10 min. Stir halfway.
