Ingredientes

  • Microwave - 700 watts
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. mashed ripe banana (about 1)
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. minced nuts
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 T butter, softened

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl put together oil, lowfat milk, egg, banana and sugar. Add in flour, nuts, baking pwdr, salt and baking soda. Stir only till flour is moistened. Pour into greased 8 or possibly 9 inch round dish. Prepare nut topping.Put together brown sugar, nuts, flour and cinnamon. Blend in butter and butter. Sprinkle on top of coffee cake. Cook on medium 8 to 9 min or possibly till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  2. Let stand 10 min. Store, covered till ready to serve. Yield: 8 servings.
