Ingredientes

  • 16 Cups popped corn (about 2 microwave bags)
  • Coating:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 stick butter/margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Put popped corn in large paper grocery bag.
  2. Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter/margarine and salt in a bowl.
  3. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes or until bubbly.
  4. Boil 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.
  5. Add baking soda and vanilla.
  6. Stir well (this will foam up).
  7. Shake mixture and popcorn in the bag.
  8. Fold bag down and microwave on high 1 minute.
  9. Shake well.
  10. Microwave on high for 1 minute more.
  11. Shake well.
  12. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  13. Shake well.
  14. Pour onto 2 cookie sheets. Let cool.
  15. Store in airtight container.
