Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. butter, divided
  • 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. minced nuts
  • 1 c. quick rolled oats
  • 1/2 pound caramel candies (28 approximately)
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c flour

Direcciones

  1. Mix butter (1/2 cup), brown sugar, and salt. Add in oats and flour. Beat at low speed till particles are fine. Reserve 1 cup. Press remaining crumbly mix in 8 x 8 inch dish. Place dish on inverted saucer in microwave. Microwave for 3 to 7 min at 50% (medium) for 2 to 5 1/2 min or possibly till caramels are soft, stirring every 2 min. Blend well. Stir in powdered sugar and nuts. Spread over base. Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mix. Microwave 3 to 8 min or possibly till topping bubbles in several places, rotating 1/4 turn every 3 min. Cool completely before serving.
