  • 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lrg egg beaten lightly
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 c. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter cut into bits
  • 2 ounce semisweet chocolate cut into bits
