Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Corn meal
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1 x Egg, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in lowfat milk, oil, and egg, mixing just till dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into ungreased 9" glass pie plate.
  2. Cook on high for 5 - 6 min. (Rotate after 2 min if oven isn't rotating type) Let stand for 5 min and serve.
  3. Also can be baked in conventional oven at 400F for 20 to 25 min in a greased pan.
