Microwave Leftover Roast Beef Stew

Ingredientes

2 c. diced roast beef (or possibly pork)
1 c. minced onion
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 c. diced potatoes
1 pkg. brown gravy mix

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt (opt.)
2 teaspoon instant beef bouillon dissolved in 1 1/2 c. Warm water
1 bay leaf

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients in 2-qt casserole. Cover. Microwave 10 min on HIGH, stir, microwave on HIGH another 10 min. Remove bay leaf. Serve over rice or possibly noodles, if you like.
