Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs or possibly cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. finely minced onion
  • 1/4 c. finely minced green pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. catsup

Direcciones

  1. Combine the above ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and pat proportionately in a 9 x 5 inch glass loaf dish. Take a spoon and make a hole in middle of meatloaf. Brush meatloaf with following mix. 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Fill hole with mix also. Microwave at medium high for 25-35 min. Pour off liquid and let stand covered with foil for 5 min.
