  • 1/2 c. Frzn peas and carrots thawed
  • 1/2 c. Thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. Minced green onions
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp Low sodium soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. In a large microwave-safe dish, combine rice, chicken or possibly tofu, peas and carrots, celery, and green onions. Combine egg and soy sauce; stir into rice mix. Cover and microwave on high power for 3 min; stir well.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 2 to 4 more min.
