Ingredientes

  • 4 med. peaches, sliced (about 3 c. or possibly 2 cans, 16 ounce. each sliced peaches, liquid removed)
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 3 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Arrange peaches in square microwave dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients till crumbly; sprinkle over peaches. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 6 min; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave uncovered till peaches are tender, 4 to 6 min longer. Serve with ice cream or possibly whipped cream if you like. Makes 6 servings.
  2. Conventional Oven Directions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare as directed except, use square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Bake till peaches are tender, 30 to 35 min.
