Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Syrup
  • 125 gm Fresh raspberries, (4oz)
  • 125 gm Caster sugar, (4oz)
  • 125 gm Soft margarine, (4oz)
  • 2 med Size Large eggs, beaten
  • 125 gm Self raising flour, sieved (4oz)
  • 1 Tbsp. Hot water

Direcciones

  1. Grease a 600ml (1 pint) basin with the oil.
  2. Pour the syrup into the base of the bowl.
  3. Lay the raspberries on top.
  4. Cream the sugar and margarine till light and fluffy.
  5. Add in the beaten Large eggs slowly beating each time to incorporate. .
  6. Gradually fold the flour into the mix, adding hot water to make a dropping consistency.
  7. Transfer the mix into the bowl on top of the raspberries.
  8. Cover with a piece of cling film and cook in the microwave for 5 min then leave to stand for 2 mintues before serving.
  9. Notes This sponge is delicious served with creme fraiche.
  10. NOTES : A quick and easy dessert made in the microwave.
