Ingredientes

1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 pound boneless sirloin steak, 1 inch thick

Mushroom-onion sauce, onion-butter sauce or possibly lowfat sour cream sauce

Direcciones

Preheat Sizzlin' skillet in microwave oven at high for 6 1/2 min. Place butter on preheated skillet to heat. Spread proportionately across surface. Place steak on skillet. Microwave at high 4 min, turn steak over. Microwave till medium-rare doneness, 3 to 4 min longer. Serve with 1 of the sauces.
