Receta microwave spiced potato chips
You don't need a deep fryer to make yummy potato chips. There's always the microwave-able option. It's not just easy to make it's also healthier version of the deep fried ones.

- 1.Wash the potatoes and slice them into thin slices.
- Brush them with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt and curry powder.
- Toss well to mix evenly.
- Place them on a microwave-safe plate and cook them on high for 3 minutes or until the chips are dry and crisp.
- Remove and cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Serve as a snack.
