Microwave Vanilla Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch in a 1 qt glass casserole dish. Add in lowfat milk gradually and blend well. Cook uncovered 6-8 min at bake 60. Stir often.
  2. Beat egg yolk and stir a little of warm mix into yolk. Return to casserole dish. Cook uncovered 1-1 1/2 min at bake 60 or possibly till mix coats a metal spoon.
  3. Beat egg white till stiff and fold into warm mix, gently but thoroughly. Fold in vanilla. Pour into bowl to cold.
