Midwest Meatloaf With Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, sm. cubes
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/3 c. old fashioned or possibly quick oats, uncooked
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. finely minced onion

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir Velveeta cheese, lowfat milk and mustard in small saucepan over low heat till smooth. Reserve 3/4 c. cheese sauce.
  2. Mix remaining 1/4 c. cheese sauce and remaining ingredients in large bowl till well blended. Shape into 8x3 inch loaf in a 10x6 inch baking dish. Bake 40 min or possibly till done.
