Midwest Vegetables Crunch Salad

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. broccoli florets
  • 2 c. cauliflower florets
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 c. spiced zucchini
  • 3/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 1/4 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. (8 ounce.) Wishbone Italian dressing
  • 1 jar bacon bits

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon bits. Cover and marinate in refrigerator turning occasionally for 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Just before serving, toss with bacon bits. Makes about 8 servings.
  2. If salad lasts several days, add in bacon bits as needed.
