Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Atkins bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 8 x beef cubed steaks - (abt 4 ounce ea)
  • 1 x egg beaten with
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to hot setting. In a plate, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Prepare 2 steaks at a time. Dip steaks in egg mix, then coat with crumbs. Cook 3 min per side till golden and coating is crisp. Transfer to oven to keep hot while cooking remaining steaks.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
