Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sliced bananas, (2 medium)
  • 1 x Keebler Chocolate Flavored Pie Crust, (6 oz)
  • 2 pkt JELL-O sugar free instant chocolate, (4-serving) pudding mix
  • 1 1/3 c. Carnation Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 2 1/3 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Dry coffee crystals
  • 1/2 c. Cold Whip Lite
  • 1 Tbsp. Mini chocolate chips, (1/4 oz)

Direcciones

  1. Place bananas in pie crust. In large bowl combine 1 package dry pudding mix, 2/3 c. dry lowfat milk pwdr and 1 1/3 c. water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in vanilla extract. Pour mix proportionately over bananas.
  2. Chill while preparing topping. In same bowl, combine remaining dry pudding mix, remaining 2/3 c. dry lowfat milk, dry coffee crystals and remaining 1 c. water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cold Whip Lite. Proportionately spread mocha mix over chocolate layer. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips proportionately over the top. Regrigerate at least one hour. Cut into 8 pcs.
