Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. liquid removed kernel corn

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour, measure and sift with salt and baking pwdr. Combine lowfat milk and egg and beat thoroughly. Add in to dry ingredients and mix just sufficient to moisten. Stir corn into the mix with a light touch. Drop batter by Tbsp. into deep warm fat, 365 to 375 degrees. Fry for 2 to 3 min or possibly till they are a pretty, light brown. Drain on absorbent paper. About 18 puffy fritters.
