Mimosa Floats ~ Your Favorite Mimosa Dressed Up with Ice Cream! How Can You Not Love This?

Mother’s Day is right around the corner! I hope you are all going to be spoiled with exactly what you dream of! What is it that you dream of? I dream of sleeping in as long as I want, when I wake up I’d love to have a fresh, homemade breakfast waiting me with a few of these delicious Mimosa Floats. Do you think my hubs is reading this and planning? I sure hope he is! There is nothing I would like more than some sleep these days especially uninterrupted sleep that lasts as long as I want! All you moms out there are nodding your head thinking that you’ve been here I know that.

My brother happened to stop by when I was developing this recipe. I, of course, treated him to a Mimosa Float because that’s how I roll. You never know what treats I’m going to serve up when you stop by! It just might be a cocktail for brunch. Now, I’m going to have all kinds of visitors stopping by hoping they are coming on a cocktail day! As he sampled his Mimosa float his eyes lit up and he said Mmmmm now this is good it takes me right back to my trip this winter in the Dominican Republic. Then he started reminiscing about his trip and I got a little jealous so I drowned my sorrows in these Mimosa Floats. Do you blame me?

If you are hosting brunch for Mother’s Day your guests will love it if you treated them to these delicious Mimosa Floats. If you aren’t hosting a brunch make them just because they are so much fun and delicious. Summer is here and it’s time to celebrate and these would be the perfect way to start out your weekend!
