Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce Raisins
  • 4 ounce Currants
  • 4 ounce Prunes
  • 2 ounce Mixed peel
  • 4 ounce Brown sugar
  • 4 ounce Suet
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Spice
  • 1/4 c. Rum
  • 1/2 c. Wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime rind.

Direcciones

  1. Chop fruit and suet finely. Add in sugar, spices, rum, wine, lime juice and grated ring. Mix well togehter. Put into glass jars, cover closely and allow to stand about 3 weeks before using.
