Ingredientes

  • 200 gm Pears, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1/2 x Orange, zest removed and diced
  • 70 gm Raisins, minced
  • 1/2 x Lemon, zest finely minced , juice of
  • 30 ml Brandy
  • 30 ml Grand Marnier
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves Black pepper
  • 1 pch Salt

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan over a low to medium heat cook all the ingredients, stirring occasionally till the volume has reduced by a quarter (about 20 min).
  2. Allow to cold and set aside till ready to use.
  3. NOTES : Makes 20-35
