- In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and Large eggs; beat on medium-high speed 2 min. Stir in mincemeat. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted or possibly tube pan. Bake at 350 F 45 to 60 min or possibly till cake tests done. Cold 10 min; remove from pan. Cold completely.
- In a small mixer bowl, combine egg nog and topping mix; beat on high speed 4 min or possibly till soft peaks form. Serve topping over cake slices.
- Chill leftover topping.
