Mindy's Game Day Reuben Dip
My daughter Mindy loves Reuben's. I came up with this dip the year the Packers won the Superbowl~ She Loved It~
Packers vs Saints
Hot Reuben Dip
- 2-16oz cans Franks Sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups Wisconsin Swiss cheese, shredded or cubed
- 2 cups Pastrami, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 16 fl. oz. Thousand Island Salad Dressing
- Pumpernickel Bread, sliced
- Rye Crackers
Mix all ingredients in a crock pot. Heat on high until bubbly.
Turn crock pot to low or warm.
Serve with bread and crackers
