Ingredientes

  • 20 x frzn white dinner rolls,
  • 1/2 c. granluated sugar,
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd cinnamon,
  •     vegetable oil,
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine, melted.

Direcciones

  1. Thaw dough at room temperature for about 2 hrs. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together; set aside. Heat about 1 inch of oil in an electric skillet or possibly deep-fat fryer to 375 degrees. Stretch or possibly roll each piece of dough into a flat ear shape.
  2. Fry a few at a time for 1 1/2 min per side or possibly till browned. Drain on paper towels. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle generous 1 1/4 tsp. of the cinnamon-sugar mix on each ear.
