Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened, 1 stick
  • 1/2 c. Shortening
  • 1 c. Packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 c. Mini Kisses, lowfat milk chocolate, divided
  • 1 c. Minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 F. Beat butter and shortening in large bowl on medium speed of mixer just till blended. Add in brown sugar and granulated sugar; beat well. Beat in Large eggs, vanilla and baking soda. Gradually beat in flour
  2. (if dough becomes too stiff, stir in remaining flour with spoon). Set aside 1/2 c. of mini kisses; stir in remaining kisses and nuts. Press dough into ungreased 15 1/2x10 1/2x1" jelly roll pan (dough will be stiff). Bake at 375 F. for 15-20 min or possibly till top is golden brown. Remove from oven; immediately place reserved kisses over top, (points up) pressing down lightly, cold completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 48 bars.
