Receta Mini Lime-Shrimp Appetizers
Great for a small party, flavorful, grilled and easy to make!
Ingredientes
- 8 ounces Large Shrimp
- 3 Limes, cut into wedges and slices
- one tablespoon lime juice concentrate (sweetened from a bottle)
- one tablespoon Pure Honey
- 15 - 4" wooden skewers (soak in water for 15 minutes before grilling)
- White Pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Set grill (we use an outside grill) a grill pan indoors will work, soak 4" wooden skewers in water 15 minutes before using
- Add deveined, tails on) Large Shrimp into a mixing bowl, add lime juice concentrate and honey, pepper, stir gently to mix, allow to marinate in the refrigerator 20 minutes.
- Cut Limes into wedges and slices
- Thread a Large Shrimp and lime wedge and place on the grill and grill for only a few minutes turning during grilling
- Plate and serve.
