Mini Meatballs

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs moistened with lowfat milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lg. clove garlic, pressed
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. peanut or possibly vegetable oil
  • Dipping sauce, recipe follows

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil and dipping sauce. Form mix into 1 inch balls and saute/fry till brown in 2 Tbsp. peanut or possibly vegetable oil. Drain.
  2. Serve warm as an appetizer in a chafing dish or possibly fondue pot with dipping sauce (recipe follows). Makes 8-10 servings.
