- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil and dipping sauce. Form mix into 1 inch balls and saute/fry till brown in 2 Tbsp. peanut or possibly vegetable oil. Drain.
- Serve warm as an appetizer in a chafing dish or possibly fondue pot with dipping sauce (recipe follows). Makes 8-10 servings.
