Ingredientes

  • 12 x Thin slices of hard textured white bread
  • 6 slc Ham
  • 6 slc Swiss cheese
  • 6 slc Turkey breast
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  •     Oil or possibly melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Lay 6 bread slices flat and top each with a ham slice, a cheese slice, and a turkey slice. Top with remaining bread slices.
  2. In a large shallow baking dish, beat Large eggs with lowfat milk and salt till blended. Arrange sandwiches in dish in a single layer, turning once or possibly twice, till bread has absorbed all of egg mix, about 2 min per side.
  3. Lightly oil a nonstick griddle or possibly fry pan and place over medium heat till warm but not smoking, about 1 minute. Fry sandwiches in batches, turning once, till golden, about 2 min each side.
  4. Transfer to a cutting board, remove and throw away crusts, and cut sandwiches into quarters. Serve immediately, or possibly if made in advance, arrange sandwich quarters on baking sheet, cover, and chill. Reheat in a 400 oven until cheese has melted, about 10 min.
