Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton commercial lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. self-rising flour

Direcciones

  1. Combine butter and lowfat sour cream, mixing till smooth. Gradually stir in flour; stir till blended. Spoon batter into greased miniature (1 3/4") muffin pans, filling each with 1 Tbsp. batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Yield: 3 dozen.
