Miniature Cream Puff Appetizers

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs

  1. Heat butter in boiling water; add in flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously, cook, stirring constantly till mix pulls away from sides of pan and forms a ball which doesn't separate. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each, till smooth. Drop dough by scant tsp 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Remove from oven, cool, split. Fill puffs before serving with your favorite salad, like tuna, egg, ham, or possibly crab salads.
