Ingredientes

  • 3 bn Cilantro stems trimmed,
  •     and finely minced
  • 1 sm bunch Fresh mint, leaves only finely minced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Freshly-grated ginger
  • 1 x Serrano chiles - (to 2) finely minced
  •     with seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  •     Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Peanut oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl. Turn out onto a board and chop till a paste is formed.
  2. This recipe yields 1 3/4 c. of chutney.
