1 Tbsp. Seasoned rice wine vinegar or possibly to taste
1/3 c. Coarsely-minced fresh mint leaves loosely packed
1/2 c. Peeled and seeded cucumber
1 c. Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Fruity extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
Combine all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and blend till smooth.
