Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/3 c. Powdered sugar or possibly sufficient for dough mix
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla, mint or possibly desired flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Mix and knead thoroughly; separate and color/flavor as desired. Roll into small balls, then pat into molds or possibly flatten into circles and decorate. Can even be pressed through a cookie press for desired shapes.
  2. Suggestion for tinting: Divide dough into 4ths. Tint pink (flavor cherry or possibly strawberry), green (flavor wintergreen), and yellow (flavor lemon). Flavor the remaining white portion with peppermint oil. Roll candy into balls, press the back of a dinner fork into the balls to flatten. These are very attractive when given alone or possibly added as an accent to a plate of cookies as a Christmas gift. Candy forms a very light crust when dry. Center remains soft and smooth.
