Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Couscous
  • 2 c. Cooked Pork Tenderloin, Cut Up, About 1/4 Lb.
  • 1 1/2 med Green Bell Peppers, Finely Minced, About 1 1/2 C.
  • 2 med Carrots, Finely Minced, About 1 C.
  • 1/2 sm Red Onion, Sliced
  • 1/2 c. Golden brown Raisins
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Mint Leaves, Or possibly
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Parsley, Minced
  • 1/4 c. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 c. Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Or possibly Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd Black Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a large glass or possibly plastic bowl, blending well.
  2. Cover and chill about 2 hrs or possibly till well chilled.
  3. MINTY DRESSING:Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well.
