Ingredientes

  • 2 clv garlic
  • 2 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 8 x (2 1/2- to 3-oz) ostrich minute steaks, or possibly ostrich fillet sliced into 8
  •     steaks 1/2 inch thick and 3 inches in diameter
  • 2 tsp Butter or possibly oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Brandy
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Whippingcream

Direcciones

  1. STEAKSCrush garlic and mix with pepper. Pat into steaks. Heat butter in skillet.
  2. Add in steaks and quickly fry steaks 1 1/2 min per side. Serve with Mustard Cream Sauce.
  3. Mustard Cream Sauce
  4. Add in brandy to pan after frying ostrich steaks. Ignite brandy and when flames have died down, add in mustard, salt and cream. Stir together well. Heat but don't allow to boil.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
