I got miso on my mind. And a whole lot of it in the fridge. Luckily for me (and you too) miso is high in protein and rich in vitamins and minerals. The salty and flavorful aroma is perfect for many dishes, but this one…. well this one, I suggest you bookmark it. Then cook them up and you will make a veggie lover out of anyone.

I gotta tell ya, I just smile inside and out when I see the hubby tell me how great my veggies turned out. If you can keep a secret, don’t tell him there was miso in it. He doesn’t even know what miso is. So I simply told him that I sauteed the beans is butter. When he heard the word butter, he was all in.

Got him, hook, line, and sinker. I made these green beans with a special chicken dish that will be posted in a couple of days so make sure you come back to check it out.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
