Ingredientes
1 whl eggplant sliced
(or possibly any vegetable)
1/3 pkt tofu cut into small cubes
5 c. dashi soup (the 2nd dashi rec)
100 gm miso (to 120g)
Direcciones
Yields: 5-6 servings
5.1 Heat dashi and put eggplant.
5.2 When cooked put tofu and miso, then turn off the fire immediately.
(If miso is boiled, smell has gone.)
