Receta Mitzi's Salad Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 5 to 6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Grnd pepper
- Basil
Direcciones
- Crush garlic. Put in pestle with salt. Mash together till it is pureed. Add in lemon juice and vinegar. Put in bottle or possibly shaker. Add in extra virgin olive oil, pepper and basil. Shake vigorously. Delicious over butter lettuce, green onions and mushrooms. If refrigerated, place shaker in c. of hot water to liquify.
