Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Neufchatel cheese, low fat creamcheese, softened
  • 4 ounce Light frzn whipped topping
  • 1/2 c. Raspberry or possibly strawberry preserves
  • 1 x Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust, (6 ounce.)
  • 3 c. Assorted seasonal fruit, (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, peaches)
  • 1/3 c. Currant jelly, optional
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond flavored liqueur, Or possibly
  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract, optinal

Direcciones

  1. Beat cream cheese and preserves with electric mixer on Medium speed till smooth. Mix in whipped topping with electric mixer on low speed, till smooth. Spread proportionately over bottom of crust.* Arrange fruit attractively over filling. Heat jelly in a small saucepan or possibly in a Microwave oven till melted; stir in almond flavoring. Brush glaze proportionately over fruit. Serve immedately or possibly refrigerateup to 30 min.
