- Brown meat, onion, and celery in 1 Tbsp. shortening. Drain off excess fat. Mix with soups, vegetables and juice, mushrooms and juice, chow mein noodles, and soy sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. 10 good servings.
