Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 2 c. chow mein noodles
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can mushrooms and juice

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat, onion, and celery in 1 Tbsp. shortening. Drain off excess fat. Mix with soups, vegetables and juice, mushrooms and juice, chow mein noodles, and soy sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. 10 good servings.
