- In large wok or possibly large heavy skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add in garlic and stir-fry till golden brown, about 2 min. Add in miso, oyster sauce and sugar and stir to blend.
- Add in vegetables and jalapeno and stir-fry, till vegetables are crisp-tender, about 12 min. Serve warm.
