Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 6 lrg garlic cloves coarsely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. yellow miso
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 lb assorted vegetables cut bite size
  •     (such as asparagus, green beans,
  •     eggplant, mushrooms, bell pepper and bean sprouts)
  • 1 x jalapeno pepper seeded, and
  •     thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. In large wok or possibly large heavy skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add in garlic and stir-fry till golden brown, about 2 min. Add in miso, oyster sauce and sugar and stir to blend.
  2. Add in vegetables and jalapeno and stir-fry, till vegetables are crisp-tender, about 12 min. Serve warm.
