Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/3 c. Flour
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1/3 c. Whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Instant coffee pwdr
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat chocolate chips and butter. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Spread batter into greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Cold.
  2. Filling: Heat whipping cream and coffee pwdr till coffee dissolves.
  3. Cold. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Beat in Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, flour, vanilla and coffee mix and blend well. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon filling into brownie. Bake at 325 degrees till set, about 35 min. Cold completely and chill till chilled.
  5. Topping: Stir lowfat sour cream an sugar together in small saucepan. Heat over low heat till sugar dissolves. Don't let boil. Spread over chilled filling.
  6. Cold, then chill till thoroughly chilled, at least 2 hrs.
