- In saucepan, heat together lowfat milk and cinnamon over medium high heat just till bubbles appear around edge of pan. Remove from heat.
- Whisk in chocolate and sugar till melted and smooth. Add in coffee and vanilla. Transfer to container with tight-fitting lid. Chill for 12 hrs.
- Throw away cinnamon stick. (Make ahead: Chill for up to 2 days.) Shake vigorously till frothy before serving.
