Mocha Cinnamon Iced Cappuccino

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 stk cinnamon
  • 3 ounce Bittersweet chocolate, coarsely minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 4 c. Strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. In saucepan, heat together lowfat milk and cinnamon over medium high heat just till bubbles appear around edge of pan. Remove from heat.
  2. Whisk in chocolate and sugar till melted and smooth. Add in coffee and vanilla. Transfer to container with tight-fitting lid. Chill for 12 hrs.
  3. Throw away cinnamon stick. (Make ahead: Chill for up to 2 days.) Shake vigorously till frothy before serving.
