Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine soften
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Instant coffee granules
  • 1/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 2/3 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Nuts finely minced
  •     Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla till light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in coffee granules, cocoa and flour till blended. Add in nuts. Work with hands till well mixed. Shape dough into 1" balls. Arrange on inch or possibly so apart on ungreased cookie sheets. (Cookies don't spread). Bake at 325 for 15 min or possibly till cookies crack slightly. Remove to wire racks. Cold.
  3. Roll in powdered sugar. Store airtight.
