Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt cream cheese (8 ounce. ea.)
  • 2 stk butter or possibly oleo
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp dry dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dry marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  •     Minced fresh parsley and/or possibly chives to taste (opt)
  •     Coarsely grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Soften cream cheese and butter. Mix together thoroughly till free of lumps and well-blended. Add in garlic pwdr and dry herbs, salt, pepper, and parsley or possibly chives, if using. Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Just before serving, roll in coarsely grnd black pepper. Serve with your favorite crackers; water crackers are very good.
