Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Anchovy paste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Chopped scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • 1 x Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 x Lettuce head shredded
  • 4 x Endive sliced
  • 1 can Tuna fish liquid removed and flaked
  •     Sliced tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, vinegar, anchovy paste, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, scallions, parsley and garlic. Add in the lettuce, endive and tuna fish. Toss and serve cool with sliced tomatoes.
  2. Serves 4.
